Priority Processing is an optional service offered to customers who wish to have their order prioritized in our fulfillment queue. By purchasing Priority Processing, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
Priority Processing ensures your order is placed at the top of our fulfillment list and prepared for shipment before non-priority orders. This service expedites internal handling and fulfillment onlyit does not include express or overnight shipping. All orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
The Priority Processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the case where an order is canceled before processing begins at our fulfillment center. Once an order enters processing or has been marked as fulfilled, the Priority Processing fee cannot be refunded.
Orders with Priority Processing are typically sent to the fulfillment queue within the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be prioritized on the next business day.
Priority Processing affects only the order handling time at our warehouse. It does not modify shipping carrier timelines, delivery guarantees, or transit speed. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are based solely on the shipping method selected, not the processing tier.
Once a Priority Processing order has entered fulfillment, no changes (including address changes, product substitutions, or cancellations) can be guaranteed.
In rare cases of operational delay, system error, or inventory shortage, Priority Processing may not result in same-day fulfillment. In such instances, the service fee remains non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to prioritize completion as soon as possible.
